THE STUDIO

Very Important!

We don’t have a traditional waiting room so please observe:

Arrive within 5 min of your appointment. If you arrive any earlier than five-minutes before your appointment time, there may not be available parking.
Park directly in front of an available parking sign.
Your therapist will come to greet you at the parking spot shortly after you arrive.

Possible Illness Policy

We understand that sometimes the sniffles are just that and nothing more. However, if you are experiencing a fever, cough, runny nose, upset stomach or other symptoms of illness, please contact us prior to your appointment to reschedule. We take our clients’ wellness very seriously and won’t be a vector for transmitting illness.

If you contact us prior to your appointment to reschedule the cancellation policy is waived.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions:

Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals – arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment

The Studio

Listening Hand Therapeutic Massage is located in its own dedicated space on our small homestead. We have two treatment rooms that both provide privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.

Review of Your First Session

After you arrive and are greeted at your vehicle by your therapist, we will walk up to the treatment room and take some time to determine the expectations for the session and also broader therapeutic goals that you might have for your body. Regardless of the length of the conversation, you will receive a full 60 or 90 minutes of hands-on treatment.

Moonlight Homestead

Moonlight Homestead is the home of Listening Hand Therapeutic Massage! We love living the homestead lifestyle in the Laurel Highlands, and we’re grateful to have clients visit our dedicated studio space for therapeutic massage!

We are in the process of building our dream together here, surrounded by beauty and caring for our little spot on Mother Earth.

Meet Charlie…

the love and joy of our lives. A rescue pup. Charlie’s presence during sessions with Katie is available upon request. He enjoys curling up in his bed and napping during the session—his presence offers a therapy of its own kind.
