We will spend the necessary time to understand the root cause of your pain and then work to relieve it. Therapeutic Massage incorporates a variety of techniques from myofascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy. The purpose is to achieve whatever therapeutic goal you set for the session.
$75 for 60 minutes; $115 for 90 minutes

Designed to address the whole body, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscle and connective tissue tension and improve range of motion. During your session we will communicate with you about pressure to make sure that we are working at the appropriate depth.
